Alex Rusu combines a strong business background with a deep understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry. After earning a degree in business, he helped launch and scale a café startup in Australia, gaining firsthand experience in restaurant operations, cost control, customer experience, and site selection.

He later transitioned into corporate roles, where he developed a broader perspective on business strategy and growth insight he now applies to restaurant real estate and hospitality expansion. With experience in both commercial and residential development, Alex understands the full lifecycle of a site from buildout and permitting to lease negotiations and long-term positioning.

Focused specifically on restaurant real estate, he works closely with operators and landlords to secure locations that align with brand vision, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
