The dining room provides climate controlled seating for up to 48 guests, along with outdoor seating for 12. The single-lane drive thru can accommodate a line of up to six vehicles. "El Torazo" enjoys a prominent position on both sides of the marquis sign at the shopping center, and is fully built-out and ready to continue operation as a drive-thru / fast casual restaurant. The tenant has reached the end of his lease term and is interested in selling the business, but the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement are fully negotiable between the potential new tenant and the landlord. The restaurant is currently open and operational, and interested parties will be able to speak with the current tenant about details related to the business as well as potential terms for the purchase of the business and trade fixtures. Landlord is interested in Leases from 5 to 10 years in duration, with the possibility of options totaling 5 to 10 years.
