Michael Piccirillo is a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield USA specializing in Retail shopping center properties. He began his career in the Fall of 2019 at Spectrum Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
Michael comes to the team with a degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. Upon graduation Michael worked in the automotive industry and then started his own car dealer business acquiring and selling classic sports cars.
Some of his significant transactions include securing a twenty-year lease for a 65,000 sf auto dealership in Oxnard, CA as well as leasing an 11,000 sf industrial building to a packaging service center in North Hollywood, CA. Michael also represented Gateway Village in Valencia, CA; a 120,000 sf retail shopping center with many national tenants.
Michael’s hobbies include playing golf, cooking, and enjoys automobiles and motorcycles.
