Our standard equipment package includes 8′x8′x7′4″ walk-in cooler, 36″ 6-Burner gas range with full size oven, gas convection oven, deep fryer, 10′ Type 1 exhaust hood, grease trap, upright dishwasher with exhaust, compartment sinks and drainboards, and hand sink. All equipment is professionally maintained to ensure optimal performance.
