By accessing and using TableLot ("Service" or "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TableLot is a commercial property marketplace platform connecting restaurant owners and operators with landlords offering suitable commercial spaces. The platform facilitates property listings, searches, communications, and lease agreement processes for restaurant-specific commercial real estate.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business.
- Keep your account information up to date.
- Verify your identity and business credentials when required.
- Provide accurate property information and photos in listings.
- Respond to inquiries and communications promptly.
- Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
- Notify TableLot immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding commercial real estate and restaurant operations.
4. Public Contact Information
- Users may choose to make certain contact details public, including name, phone number, email, and business address.
- Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of publicly displayed information.
- Once displayed, these details may be visible to all visitors of the Platform.
- Users may update or remove their contact details at any time via account settings.
5. Property Listings and Marketplace Rules
When using TableLot's marketplace services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Property listings must be accurate, current, and comply with all applicable laws and zoning regulations.
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses for commercial restaurant operations.
- TableLot serves as a platform only and is not a party to any lease agreements. All negotiations and agreements are between landlords and tenants directly.
- You must disclose any material defects or issues with properties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or zoning requirements.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property information.
- Discriminate against users based on protected characteristics.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our security measures.
- Use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Attempt to bypass payment obligations or fees.
- List properties you do not own or have authority to lease.
7. Payment and Fees
TableLot may charge fees for premium services, featured listings, or transaction processing. You agree to pay all applicable fees as specified in your service agreement:
- Listing fees are non-refundable once properties are published.
- Transaction fees may apply to successful lease agreements.
- Premium subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis.
- All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
- You may cancel premium services with appropriate notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
TableLot is a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of property listings or user-provided contact information.
- The condition, legality, or suitability of properties.
- Failed lease negotiations or disputes between users.
- Compliance with local zoning, licensing, health, or safety requirements.
- Any damages resulting from property transactions.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Platform services in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, including:
- Fraudulent or misleading property listings.
- Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward other users.
- Failure to pay applicable fees.
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Breach of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your property listings will be removed and access to platform features discontinued.
10. Restaurant-Specific Requirements
Given the specialized nature of restaurant properties, users acknowledge:
- Properties must comply with health department regulations and food service licensing.
- Adequate ventilation, grease trap systems, and fire safety equipment are essential.
- Zoning must permit food service and alcohol sales (if applicable).
- Users are responsible for verifying ADA compliance and accessibility requirements.
- Kitchen equipment specifications and utility capacity must be accurately represented.
11. Changes to Terms
TableLot may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A.
